Import from a CSV file
Two kinds of file work:
- Staff list: a
Namecolumn, plus an optionalDepartment(orTeam) column. - Past attendance:
DateandNamecolumns, with optionalTime in(your usual arrival time is used if it's missing),Type(staff, visitor or travelling),Department,Company,VisitingandReason. A CSV exported from the History tab has exactly this layout.
Columns can be separated by commas, semicolons or tabs (what Excel and Google Sheets use when you copy). Dates can be 2026-10-18 or 18/10/2026. Times can be 08:45 or 8:45 AM. You'll see a preview before anything is saved, and rows already in the app are skipped.

Install on this device
Installing adds Front Desk Log to the home screen or app list, so it opens full-screen like a normal app and works without internet. Your data stays the same.
Where your data lives
Every name and sign-in is saved only in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to a server, and the app works with no internet connection.
Because the data lives in this browser, clearing site data or uninstalling the browser deletes it. Download a backup now and then.
Delete everything
Removes every person and every sign-in from this device. This cannot be undone.
